Exporting to PDF - priority field images broken

Mark Trochym February 14, 2024

When I try to export a confluence page, which contains jira filter, to PDF, the priority field image is broken in the PDF. Here is how my jira filter is set up:

This issue is with legacy and non legacy macro

And the output comes out like:

Thanks!

I tried this and it didn't seem to work. But also we have multiple people editing the same page and with multiple jira issues sometimes being added to the page it would be a bit unpractical.

Hi Mark, I found these issues out on Atlassian's Jira site: CONFCLOUD-71267 CONFCLOUD-70448 CONFCLOUD-74709 relating to exporting w/ the Jira Macro.  They sound very similar to your issue.  There's a workaround posted on 71267, I'm not sure if it works for you or not but would be something to try.

Feel free to vote for and watch those issues.  I'm watching them as they affects my instance as well.

Here's my query, as there are several others that are similar: Jira PDF Export issues
