Export content

Hello,

We want to export all of our data from the different spaces.

We followed the instructions on: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/export-content-to-word-pdf-html-and-xml-139475.html 

but when tried we don't see the option export on the list, it only gives the option to see the settings.

Any idea why?

To use the space export functionality, you need the 'Export Space' permission. See the guide to space permissions. Have you verified if you have that permission already ?
