HTTP Status 500 - com.atlassian.confluence.tenant.VacantException: Confluence is vacant, a call to tenanted [public abstract net.sf.hibernate.connection.ConnectionProvider net.sf.hibernate.engine.SessionFactoryImplementor.getConnectionProvider()] is not allowed.

Assuming your confluence won't start after an installation look at this Knowledge Base page: Confluence generates Confluence is vacant error on install

If your Confluence throws this error after a restart, please tell us if you made any changes in Confluence or on your server beforehand.

this was not during install, just random error this AM. rebooted = same, service is running.. unsure why this popped up.
