Error when accessing confluence APIs via oauth 2. Unauthorized; scope does not match

I am using access_token obtained from oauth2 to call the below API:

https://api.atlassian.com/ex/confluence/${cloud_id}/rest/api/2/pages

I get this error: Unauthorized; scope does not match. code: 401.

The oauth has the following scopes:

read:content-details:confluence,read:page:confluence,read:space-details:confluence,read:space:confluence

The user who has authed this app has access to the pages section. I have verified that the cloud_id, access_token is correct.

Can somebody help me with this? Thanks.

Same issue here using the Confluence API. Unfortunately there's no detail on what is not matching.
