Error(s) occurred. names do not exist: (AO_950DC3_TC_REMINDER_USERS, )

We have encountered an error while Error(s) occurred. names do not exist: (AO_950DC3_TC_REMINDER_USERS, )

To reproduce the error:

If I try creating via another route, it just fails with no error – but if I look in the JS console, something is hitting a 500 error…

 

Any idea why?

Names like AO_*** are usually set for tables into database which are created by plugins. 

Since it seems to be a truble with a plugin. Check that you use appropriate version.
