We are upgrading from v2.60 to v4.1.9. After the upgrade some (not all pages) do not render and throw the Error rendering template for decorator root message. We have done what's listed in the support knowledgebase but can't seem to get to a resolution.

Hi Chris,

From the sound of this issue it is either a plugin that hasn't been updated or a decorator that is malfunctioning in your instance, so please check that your plugins are all upto date and try removing any decorators, (Confluence Admin > Layouts), to see whether this resolves the problem. If the problem persists after this, please open a ticket with Support so that we can investigate the problem further for you.

Thank you. It was an issue with an old (deprecated) layout...we were upgrading from a much older version. Appreciate the help.
