Error rendering macro 'gadget'. greenhopper-gadget-sprint-days-remaining/gadgets/greenhopper-sprin

I migrated from one Jira instance to another recently and I have the following error message.

greenhopper-gadget-sprint-days-remaining/gadgets/greenhopper-sprint-days-remaining.xml was not added to this Confluence instance yet

I have spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve this but unfortunately, not able to.  A few suggestions in the community are outdated because it is now 2021 and configurations have changed in Confluence/Jira.

Your assistance to resolve this error is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello @estellayeung99 ! Here I believe you are facing a issue with Confluence On-premises (Datacenter or Server), but your question is classified as Cloud.

Can you confirm if you are on On-Premises or Cloud?

This usually means that you will need to re-register the gadgets from Jira. Also check the application link between Jira and Confluence is still working.

You can check further details here:

Let us hear from you!

Thank you Diego, for your reply; deeply appreciated!

Mine is the Cloud version, and on the free plan.  When I submitted the question, the system showed where my version was and I thought this would be included in my submission.

Thanks again for your link.  I will look into it when I have a bit of free time.  Right now very busy with project work.

While I got you here, I found the confluence pdf report cover page does not take in html/css syntax to generate the cover page properly.  Yes, it does take in the font, but it is on top of the contents page, not the cover page.  If I use the following, I will get a cover page but couldn't do the fonts, and reposition the title/descriptions of the report

<div class="fsTitlePage">

 <img src="/download/attachments/169118009/atlassian_logo.png" />

<div class="fsDocTitle">Documentation for Confluence</div>

</div>

<div class="tocTitle">Contents</div>

I am wondering if you can give me help on this one?

Thanks!

Estella

Hello Diego, I still have the same issue.  My version is the Cloud, free plan.  It is url ...atlassian.net.

I am the Admin but there is no way to see, access, or add gadget as per some previous solutions suggested.

Your assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Estella
