Hi Brittany,

We have seen some similar reports such as this one, would you mind opening a ticket on support.atlassian.com so we can further investigate this? There's a workaround available as well that might apply to your case.

We'll wait for your ticket.

Regards,
Marlon

Ok. But what about the 111 followers of this question that also want to know? :)

Hey Brittany,

How's it going?? We've seen this error a few times, and it is usually due to a rogue App Link ID in the Confluence database. Support has to go in and remove that entry to clear it up. It doesn't require a restart, but we do need to make a DB backup and directly access the DB to get it sorted. This is assuming you've tried all the things locally like clearing your browser cache and offline files.

Best,

-dave
