Error loading macro browser in Confluence

Hi Brittany,

We have seen some similar reports such as this one, would you mind opening a ticket on so we can further investigate this? There's a workaround available as well that might apply to your case.

We'll wait for your ticket.

Ok. But what about the 111 followers of this question that also want to know? :)

Hey Brittany,

How's it going?? We've seen this error a few times, and it is usually due to a rogue App Link ID in the Confluence database. Support has to go in and remove that entry to clear it up. It doesn't require a restart, but we do need to make a DB backup and directly access the DB to get it sorted. This is assuming you've tried all the things locally like clearing your browser cache and offline files.
