Error Retrieving Breadcrumbs - Confluence Cloud

Hi,

We have a Confluence Cloud site. When I access the ‘move’ page for our site I get this error message: Error retrieving breadcrumbs. This happens on the root page of our site. 

When this space was created, it was copied from another space. The admin made some changes to the xml when importing the copied space. We also changed the original space name when creating the site. Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi Jordan,

I think your instance might need a reindex, which our Cloud Support Team will need to assist you with.

If this doesn't help, then they can still check your logs and see what the issue might be.
