Enable editing on the main page

I would like to know if there is any way to edit information on a page without having to click on "edit" and having to edit directly in the source of the page.

In the example below where I have the information table, so I can start filling it without having to edit the source

Editing on view page is not possible (at least not OOTB) .Basically you have to enter Edit mode. By hitting Edit you are triggering and action that could allow collaborative editing and few people can see what you edit and do it on the same time.

Inline editing on a confluence page is not possible. You need to click edit to do that.
