Embedding a video into Confluence changes aspect ratio after refresh

I am embedding an mp4 video into a confluence site - I simply drag the video in and publish. If I click on it -it plays well, and looks great. ONce I do a refresh onthe page the aspect ratio changed dramatically- even when played.

Any ideas?

filmed on my laptop on a teams session which converted to MS Stream- plays normally
