I need to maintain the same content in multiple spaces. I copied pages into the other spaces but now find to maintain these, I need to update each one independently. Super inefficient!
Is there a way to edit once and have the edits automatically update/cascade to the other pages. Is that even possible?
@Kimberley Williams You can use the Include Page macro to insert the content of the single page you maintain in a page in other spaces. Since the pages are in separate spaces, you can use the same page name and just insert the Include Page macro. For more information, see https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-include-page-macro/
How to specify the page in another space is covered in the Description of the Page to Include parameter.
I would update the page in 1 space with this macro to make sure it works as you expect and then copy that page to the other spaces, so they all have the one with the macro.

Hi Kimberly, with the standard application, I'm not aware of any way to make a change to a similar page and have it pushed to different spaces. It's my understanding that the copied pages, although they may look alike, aren't linked in any way to make the requested functionality work the way you'd like it to.
There may be some third party tool that would do this, but I'm not familiar with any.

Hi @Dan Breyen - appreciate you weighing in. Check out @Barbara Szczesniak response. I'll post back here if it worked. Fingers crossed!
