Duplicate (Refresh) Staging or Dev confluence.

Hi

What is the best way to duplicate (refresh) the production environment to a staging server. I tried importing the production backup to a Staging instance , but it fails with Constraint violation. Is there a documented way to rebuild Dev/Staging instances periodially?

Here is what I do on the test system

1. Drop and create the confluence DB
2. Restore confluence DB from last nightly backup of production
3. Restore confluence home directory from last nightly backup (that saves only essential confluence stuff, excluding attachments)
4. Restore attachments (saved separately in our backkup process) to confluence home directory
5. Start
