I just signed up for the free cloud version of Confluence and then loaded an app (BPMN 2.0).  It appeared to load up -shows up in "Manage Apps", but I can't seem to launch the application.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Mike O'Connor-Masse

Apps installed are normally started and works through macroes within the page. I don't know exact which app you are refering to, but if it is this BPMN Modeler Enterprise | Atlassian Marketplace it seems you need to use the macro  on a page.

Simply start editing a page and start writing /BPM and select the macro. See also [BPMN Modeler] Everything to get started - BPMN Modeler Enterprise Documentation - viadee App Support (atlassian.net)

Good day @Mike O'Connor-Masse, and welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are multiple ways to use/launch an app, depending on its type. One is mentioned as Tim, by going into Edit mode and searching for the macro.

The other two include using the Apps dropdown on your Confluence bar as finding it on the sidebar.

Hope this helps and all the best!
Rodrigo
