What is involved in the process of redirecting one of our sites (help.mtouton.com) to our Confluence site? Does a certificate need to be created?
It depends on what you mean by "redirect". An http redirect is easy - just whack a bit of html on your page and people will be redirected when they land on it.
I suspect you don't mean that though. I think you might mean that you want that domain to be where your OnDemand installation is hosted. Atlassian don't (yet) do customised domains on OnDemand, you have to stick with their domains, although I do think they're working on it.
