Does anyone know if there is an option to set documents in confluence as not downloadable?

We want to add some legal policies in our wiki but want to make sure people won't be able to download it but read-only. I know they can always print screen, but still.

Well the best you can probably do is upload only PDF documents. You can set the security on PDF docs to not allow printing, editing and/or copying. You can also set a password just to open the doc.

So users could still download, but very restricted what they could do with it. Or you need to move your content to be actual Confluence pages, and then set security restrictions there.

Any form of view is a "download", so, unless you make the attachment completely unavailable, there's no "not downloadable"
