Does Glossary support other languages?

Vladislav Glukhov February 15, 2015

I've added a new term in Russian. There're several problems:

  1. This term didn't highlight in articles
  2. Term under created letter didn't show on glossary overview pageScreen Shot 2015-02-15 at 18.08.19.png and there are only latin letters however it was created and displayed on glossary home page as you can see on picture.Screen Shot 2015-02-15 at 18.00.24.png
  3. When I try to create a new term under existing letter, i.e., М - Russian letter, I got this messageScreen Shot 2015-02-15 at 18.11.19.png

Does you support other languages? If so, maybe some settings required, another way do you have any plans for it?

Hi Anis,

It's very useful addon but we cannot use it without this feature.

We'll wait for your updates,

Thank you,

Joseph

Hi Joseph,

Actually, Russian language is not supported. However, many special characters works fine like À Á Â Ã Ä Å Ç È É Ê Ë Ì Í Î Ï Ñ Ò Ó Ô Õ Ö

Ù Ú Û Ü Ý. See screenshot special-character.png

I've asked the team to check possibility to support Russian language for our next releases.

Regards,

Anis
