Hi there,
next to task management by Jira and content/knowledge sharing in Confluence, we also need a way how to store our documents in a structured way.
It is not about integrating files into Confluence Pages, but creating a folder structure and store different types of documents in there. All users (only 5) should be able to upload, download, display and change documents.
Just like dropbox.
Does Atlassian offer a solution like that?

@Phil Mil Confluence doesn't really have a good built-in solution for managing hierarchy of documents, but there are several apps to fill this gap!
One approach is that you keep using an external storage, like Dropbox or Sharepoint, and integrate that to Confluence. A few apps to help with this:
And, there is alternative, when you really use an app to fully implement it, like:
I am not "overly" experienced with any of these, and I don't know your precise requirements, but do your own research!
With Confluence, you don't have to upload and download, you just create, edit, and display the actual content.
The page tree is your structure that replaces folders - you can think of any Parent page as a folder.
Instead of document icons, you'll see the actual document.
I wonder what your use case is since apparently, you only want to replicate the folder structure and do editing in Confluence anyway.

we are expecting dozens of documents like offers, excel lists, invoices, pictures etc.
That means, you would upload them into a tree of Confluence Pages?

@Phil Mil I see, I think the misunderstanding was in our respective understanding of what a document is. I was thinking more in content terms, rather in document as file.
Apologies for causing the confusion.
