We have a page with links of Confluence Documentation in other languages, but our official documentation is available only in English and Japanese: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-documentation-in-other-languages-227416055.html

You might find third party articles in French, though. I hope it helps.

Unfortunately no. We have only english version. 

However, you can use Google translation and paste the link you want, then you should get something like this:
