While saving the document, I get a success message. After checking the changes, it turns out that the work on the document has not been saved. A document history check shows that the document was saved, but a comparison to the previous version shows that nothing has been added.
The problem has already happened twice, each on a different day.
A couple of quick clarifying questions. When you say document do you mean a confluence page or an actual document like a Word document?
If you are referencing a Confluence page can you provide a little more detail? Are you leaving the page open for a very long time when making edits? Are you opening additional Confluence tabs in the browser? What browser are you using?
