Document Review Reminder

We have requirement where we need a reminder notification to page owner for quarterly/monthly/yearly review. With the automation feature, it will be sending notification only once for every review cycle due, but we need to have customized notification like notification should be triggered until page owner mark his confirmation on review completion/approval. Please suggest better solution to full fill our requirement

@Asvini Selvam Have you discovered Better Content Archiving and Analytics for Confluence and its custom notification automation feature? It allows for more professional content lifecycle management. You can:

- Set your own schedule for notification emails (much moe flexible than Automation for Confluence)

- Use the app's page owner and set the owner as the recipient of the email (you can't use page owner directly as recipient with Automation for Confluence)

- Customize the notification email content or translate to your language

- You can trigger or stop notification emails based on automatic page statuses

This can't be done ootb, you can loo a t 3rd party app on the marketplace to fulfil your needs.

Hi @Asvini Selvam 

If you expect the owner of the page to do an action on all his pages for each target dates, then what you could do with native Confluence features is to use the Page Status. 

Create a first Automation setting the page under the status "Review needed" on the target dates (monthly/quaterly/ .... )  and do a second automation sending the notification to the page owner based on the page status until it has been changed the "Reviewed".
