Different user from different spaces shall updated the same file?

Hi there,

How do I change somethings on page  that is updated in all places where that is used.

Is it possible or not ?

For example:

I created a space called "burak" then I opened a page write something or create an excel there.
Somebody in our company copied the excel and use it and add something on the excel. (Excel Name Same). Is it possible the confluence update my Excel too in Burak Space ?

Second questions is about sub-pages,
Does confluence apply the last update to all sub-parts?

Not directly.  In general, an edit on a page (or attachment) is for that page (or attachment), there's nothing that would duplicate it.

Confluence re-uses content by using "include".  If you need something to be repeated, then you do not copy it, you should have one single source of the stuff to be repeated, and use the "include" or "include-excerpt" macro to show it in all the places it should appear.  This way, you only have to edit the content once, and not worry about copies of it.
