Different result when query for custom jira field

we have a custom jira field  that curently used by 340 issues with 15 values

when i using  Jira issue/filter macro the query with limit of 20 issue works

when the limit set to 50 or more it fail to get the field

 

on the other hand when usin Jira chart with same filter on 2-dimention it bring the table with correct values of the field

 

any ideas why and how to solve?
