I'm evaluating Confluence for my company. I signed up for a 30-day trial.

Problem: As part of my evaulation, I was exploring how I could utterly break the system. I succeeded. I deleted the 'administrators' group, and now I have no accounts with access to the admin panel. I only had one account created, which was named 'admin'. Presumably that account was part of the 'administrator' group, and deleting the 'administrator' group stripped that account of its own administrator privileges.

Requested Solution: Please restore the administrator privileges for my 'admin' account so that I can continue my trial. The domain is catamount.atlassian.net

On a more general note, it seems like the Confluence system shouldn't allow this workflow. If there is only one defined admininstrator account, that administrator should not be able to delete its own privileges, thereby orphaning the entire domain.

Hi Kayce,

Could you please visit support.atlassian.com and raise a support ticket. We'll need to verify your account before we can provide you admin access to the instance. It should be a quick fix once you've raised a support ticket.

Thanks very much
