Description: I am experiencing an issue with our Custom Domain configuration for Confluence Cloud. Here are the details:
Current Setup:
- Domain: test-app.confluence.example.com
- DNS Provider: CloudFlare
- CNAME Records:
- test-app.confluence.example.com → proxied
- _ed16300a875629d82302a06ae02fa80e.test-app.confluence.example.com → dns only
- CAA Records: Configured for amazon.com
- CloudFlare SSL Mode: Full (Strict)
Timeline:
- Initially set up Custom Domain following documentation
- Domain status changed to Active
- Encountered ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH errors
- Purchased CloudFlare Advanced Certificate Manager to resolve SSL issues
- Shortly after, the Custom Domain service was interrupted
Current Status:
- Custom Domain service is suspended
- Unable to access our Confluence instance through the custom domain
- Currently, Deactivate Total TLS in Cloudflare
Could you please help investigate the cause of this interruption and advise on the necessary steps to restore the service?
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
