Creating automatic templates when creating a new project

I have a selection of project spaces created.  Within that space I want to create individual pages which will become the series of projects within my portfolio.  Is it possible that when I create a new project page it automatically adds all of the templates required to create the project documentation?

Not out of the box. You can configure all the templates as global templates but then all spaces have access to enable to disable them on their own spaces.

 

There's add-on will probably help in your specific case:
