Creating a DL for page restrictions

Was wondering if there was anyway to create a DL (similar to outlook) so I can put all the members in my team into a list and then when I am restricting pages to our team only. I only have to put the DL list in, instead of alot of people individually into the page?

How about creating a confluence group with the required set of users. and enabling restrictions to that particular group.

Work in a large business.  Some of our pages have to be viewable to others and other pages are child pages and need to be locked down.

Just finding it very tedious to add in singular users everytime a new page has to be created and locked down if needed.
