Hi all
I was trying to get some Throughput info for a Kanban project that I have, by looking at the Created VS Resolved chart, when I realized I don't know what Resolved means here..
Does that mean the status Done ? or Closed? Or something else ?
Created looks at all issues created in the project.
Resolved looks at issues that have a resolution set. This depended on the workflow and or a screen related to a status.
By default ootb the already available workflow have a screen set on the transition to Done where you can provide the resolution, you can also set this as a post-function on the transition to Done.
On a post function it will be a fixed value for all issue transitioned, with a screen with the field resolution on it to be set, you can choose from the resolutions set in the system.
Hi @Mirela Todorova,
That gadget looks at the "Resolution" field to determine the resolved issues.
If you want a better solution, try the Kanban Velocity / Throughput gadget offered by out Great Gadgets app.
This gadget allows you calculate the throughput by issue count, story points or any other numerical field, and lets you decide what "Done means".
