We are using confluence cloud and when we click on the three dots next to create the pop-up appears but nothing loads.
Can anyone advise what could cause this thanks
FYI resolved by support.
Appears the KB article gave the answer but as we are in the cloud we could not access that part of the system to verify.
A support call is required to resolve the issue if you in the cloud

No problem this was the KB that was referred to by support, fix applied was Cause 2
