Create a wiki only our software users can see.

I am working on getting our software documentation on Confluence. I would like to make a wiki that is visible only to my clients. We have two type of users, Buyers and Sellers. I want Sellers to only see Seller docs and Buyers to only see Buyer docs. My initial thought was to export the docs to HTML and host it on our servers, but that means I would have to manually update the pages as they changes. 

Is there any way to publish the wiki's to our servers?

Why wouldn't you just put the documents in separate spaces and then give you clients access to those spaces?
