Hello, We were using free confluence workspace for my team and the workspace doesn't appear to be accessible.

Getting the below screen when trying to access the workspace. I would really appreciate any suggestions or ideas to access the workspace.

We're sorry to hear you no longer can access the site you wanted to.
Looking at our internal logs, we can see the site account was cancelled.
It was already suspended and inaccessible since end of May.
We can't really give you more information on that, on how or why it was, since you are not listed as the site-admin or billing contact for this site.
With that in mind, we highly recommend you getting in touch with the site-admin or billing contact for this site to know why it was cancelled, since the emails were sent to their email box with the deactivation details.
In case they don't have this information as well, feel free to loop them here, so we can open a ticket if necessary, to share the details with them.

Hi @Jessicathe email id used to open the account is no longer with us, so his email has been deactivated. If you can check the domain name it should be svefntech.com for the previous admi
Can you please help us to reiniate the same account with different admin, we have some valuable documentation stored which needs to be retrieved.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you this information or proceed with any process in the site that is not approved by the site-admin or other authorized contact (billing/technical contact).
