I need some help, the exports from Confluence (Cloud) suddenly stopped working. We have a collection of knowledge management articles that need to be exported for some of our clients in PDF format, this was working fine until recently.
Since several days however we noticed that the exports never finish, the timer continues indefinitely and the exports never get generated. I read many articles describing some HTML errors, so I tried exporting custom pages to see if there is a formatting issue somewhere, however even a couple of blank pages (just "test" as a text and no formatting at all, no pictures) do not get exported. We have many team spaces, the exports don't work for any of them.
I have tested this with Chrome and Mozilla on Mac, Windows and Linux, the result is always the same, the timer goes on and nothing happens.
The exporting function works with other formats (csv, html), but we need the PDF versions.
Can someone offer any ideas what may be wrong?
Seems there is something not correct with your instance, as I'm not able to reproduce this.
Please raise your issue at Atlassian Support, they can check your instance backend and see all logging
