Confluence restrictions best practice

Hello, 

What's the best practice to add restrictions, someone should have access only to one page on space,  I need to achieve on 50+ spaces, whats best practice to achieve that?

In space permissions you have to add that single user with only View permission.

Then you have to go though all root pages in space except one that have to be accessible by that user and set restriction, i.e. explicitly add users except that single user.

Repeat for all spaces.

You can add restrictions for individuals or for Confluence groups.
