HI,
In our company purchased on demand instance of JIRA and Confluence.
1. In JIRA we created a common permission scheme and shared that to more than one project
2. But we can't achieve this scenario in confluence.
In confluence for each space using "Space Permission" to enable or disable the permisson right now. Is any way available to achieve the JIRA permission scheme scenario in on demand Confluence.

No, not really. Confluence manages permissions on the space level (no cross space schemes). About the best you can do is set the default space permissions for new spaces that get created (Admin -> Space Permissions).
