Confluence not start up

I receive this message:

Unable to start up Confluence. Fatal error during startup sequence: confluence.lifecycle.core:mananagedjobs (Start and stop the Managed Scheduled Jobs)
2019-03-04 22:01:02fatalJDBC exception on Hibernate data access: SQLException for SQL [n/a]; SQL state [HY000]; error code [50000]; could not extract ResultSet; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not extract ResultSet

Kouros,

Can you confirm your database and version? If you are using the H2 database, then at this point you need to migrate to a supported database.

To do so:

  1. Create a fresh installation of Confluence
  2. Connect it to a supported database
  3. Restore your latest XML backup into the new site.

If you are using a supported database, then please let me know what was done recently on the instance, either if you installed an add-on, performed an upgrade, etc.
