Confluence had problems starting up after 6.13.1 x64 upgrade

This same error is occuring on 2 separate instances running on 2 separate servers.

Description:

Unable to start up Confluence. Fatal error during startup sequence: confluence.lifecycle.core:mananagedjobs (Start and stop the Managed Scheduled Jobs)

Exception:

JDBC exception on Hibernate data access: SQLException for SQL [n/a]; SQL state [XX002]; error code [0]; could not extract ResultSet; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not extract ResultSet

Thanks Edwin... 

I did see that answer during my searches, but in this case the DB is postgres and the exception is a little different with 'could not extract ResultSet', compared to the oracle issue 'snapshot too old' in the referenced ticket.

What version of Confluence are you upgrading from?

6.0.6 on one and 6.0.1 on the 2nd.

 

We did a 3rd upgrade from 5.5 with no issues.

 

The end goal is to migrate all to cloud confluence.

should we be looking at fixing a certain table in the DB?

not really sure what the 'hibernate data access' is trying to access
