Ferry Portier February 6, 2025

Is it possible in Confluence to be able to trace from the groups whether a space is linked to it?

Hello @Ferry Portier

Not really. Groups are meant for space permissions. You can however link your spaces using the shortcuts option.

Hello @Nikola Perisic

The problem is that I'am new in the team and I see multiple groups where I have no clue if there's a space. And what you indicated was unfortunately not used.........

Well, what you can you can do is to go through each space and see if the groups were included in those spaces. You would be looking for custom created groups not the default ones such as space-administrators, org-admins and such.
