Confluence cloud global menu

Hi,

We recently created a Confluence OnDemand Cloud instance.

I'd like to create a global menu, similar to http://docs.refinedwiki.com/display/rwot/Global+menu, however RefinedWiki is not available for Cloud.

Do you have any suggestions please?

I'm afraid the layout changes you're looking for require code change or add-ons, neither of which are available on Cloud.

Nic, Thanks for the quick answer.  How difficult would it be to create an add-on just for this?  Are there any code snippets I can reuse?  I can hard code the links and the top-level links, sub-menu links, so they don't have to be automatically generated or anything like this.

I can't believe our company are the first Cloud customer to face this problem.  

I'm very surprised that such basic functionality is not available.......

I don't think Connect addons allow you to make such changes (Connect addons are the only type you can install on Cloud, apart from the supported list available in my.atlassian)
