Confluence access

Hello,

A collegue who worked alone on a project, left us. We would like to have access to this project on Confluence but unfortunately no one has access. Do we have a solution to access the relevant Confluences pages?

Welcome to the community !!

Your confluence admins can restore access.

• If you are in confluence server/data center, then go to https://<baseURL>/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action and search for the space name and click recover/manage Permissions
• If you are using confluence cloud instance, then go to https://<baseURL>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action and search for the space name and click recover/manage Permissions
  Please note: If you are in confluence cloud free instance, then it is not possible. 

Once the space permissions are recovered, go to the space settings --> Permissions --> Restricted pages and click on the unlock symbol against the required page
