Has anyone observed the following behavior?
Suppose I have a numbered list as follows:
If I'm entering the list items in sequence, all I should have to do to "terminate" the list is to press [ENTER] twice when the next number (in this case, 3) is displayed. Now and then, I find that I can't end the list. When I press [ENTER] , 4 displays. Then 4. Then 5. etc. (
This behavior seems to occur after I've done some sort of manipulation with inserted images and/or macros. It's annoying b/c most of the time, I can't fix it and have to start the list from scratch.
Has anyone seen this issue. If so, have you discovered a workaround? Thanks! (This is how it looks on screen...)
Steve
Hi Stephen,
I don't think I have experienced that yet and hope I don't :)
Have you tried clicking "outdent" in the toolbar when at the number on the list that you want to remove?
Thank you. I had to do it twice b/c my real-life example is a two-level list but looks like it may have worked. I'll keep an eye on it and get back to you if there are further issues.

Hey Marlon, I received an email asking me to mark this answer as a solution. How do I do that? Thanks.
