I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand what you're trying to do:
I understand you would like to download a file from Confluence. What kind of file would you like to download?
When you say "change the header of the document" I'm not quite sure what header this is referring to. What header are you trying to change? Can you provide an example?
If possible, any screenshots of where you'd like to see this functionality may be helpful.
