Confluence Jira Charts stopped working

Damon Curnell September 27, 2016

I reconfigured my app link for JIRA 7.1.7 and Confluence 5.8.5.  To attempt to enable basic authentication.  It failed.  So I deleted the link and recreated it.  Now the Jira-charts macro reports the following error.

JIRA Charts are not available for your version of JIRA. Upgrade to JIRA 6.1.1 or later to use this macro.

Any help would be great

Damon

No luck by re-indexing Jira and Confluence :(

Confluence 6.6.1; Jira v7.6.3

Something else I can try?

Hi Tom,

since the re-index fixed it for us we did not try anything else.

Cheers

Tom,

Did you ever resolve? I am running into this as well - only other thing I found was to index from scratch:

I am going to try this soon.

I think it started working again, without doing anything

Hi Damon,

we suddenly encounter the same issue with confluence 5.10.8 and JIRA 7.2.6. Do you still have that problem or if not, would you mind sharing your findings in resolving it?

Thank you so much

Sirko
