Confluence: Import / Export HTML

Sorry for the newbie question, but I'm looking for a way to import and export HTML with Confluence.    There are some instructions, but they don't seem to work with the latest version.  For example:

What am I missing here?

you posted the link to the server-page. Switch the documentation to "Cloud":

Try Export Content to Word, PDF, HTML and XML for cloud. 
6.12 is the latest doc for server version. 
What version are you on?
