I am responsible for a certain Confluence workspace and when I edited a document an email was sent to a user who does not have access to the space , only has a Confluence license and is in the default group, I did not find any adjustments relating to warnings or related settings for Confluence Cloud for this issue.
Hello @Matheus França
Did the page you edit happen to have an @ mention for the person or maybe a team they are on? This could trigger the email. You can also look at the list of watchers for the page to see if the user was added somehow.
Laura, Thanks for the feedback.
But we don't mention the username on the page, it's just in the Confluence licensed user pool.
