Confluence App for Microsoft Teams does not fetch spaces properly

Question

I installed the Confluence App on our Microsoft Teams.

We have 2 instances of Confluence.

For one of the two, confluence app does not fetch the spaces of the instance at all.

The result is, that i can neither create nor attach pages from this instance on my MS Teams.

Did anyone encounter the problem in the past?

I want to mention that said instances domain was renamed once in the past, the other instances domain was not.

Aside from this i have no clue where this problem might come from.

I contacted support and they solved it for me, after some troubleshooting at their end. I have changed the site URL once in the past if that helps.

Hi,

was any solution available? We have same issues.

Jira works fine, but Confluence does not load any content (endless spinner or blue lock).
