Confiform 404 error when trying to submit the form (user has read-only access to the page)

User is receiving an error when trying to submit Confiform. (they have read-access to the page)

 

Error message:

Could not save content property ' pageid and page details'

404 Not found:  "{"errors":[{"status":404,"code":"Not_FOUND","title":"Not_Found","detail":null}]}

Hi @Andre T_ 

Most probably you have selected Atlassian as storage type and the user needs to have edit permissions on the page - this is the API ConfiForms relies on https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-content-properties/#api-pages-page-id-properties-post

Adding to my answer - that should also be enough if you add a ConfiForms app user as an editor to the page where the form is configured. This way ConfiForms could fallback to app user permissions when the actual user doe snot have edit rights on the page
