Is it possible to transfer Confluence workflows from one instance to another? I would like to transfer the workflows that I have in the test instance to the production instance.
Is it possible to simply export workflows to a file and then import them into production? Or do I have to write everything manually in production?
Hello @Marko Turic ,
You don't need to use an import/export tool. To transfer your Comala workflow it is a pretty simple procedure actually.
1. Copy the Markup code of your Comala workflow
2. Create a new workflow in your production instance
3. Paste the code you previously copied, in replacement of the Markup code of the newly created workflow
NB: you can find the markup editor here (see picture below) in the Comala editing environment

Thank you for your answer!
My workflows are pretty big and I had 15+ Workflows.
I was searching for a way to not do copy-paste because I can make mistake and spend hours searching for it.
But in the end, I did it with copy-paste.

Hi @Marko Turic
Welcome to the community.
I don't think this is a possibility in the app. The documentation isn't stating any topic on export/import.
So I will say no.
You could reach out the the vendor directly and ask if this is a function or might it be a feature that you can suggest.
