Cofiforms - How to show Labels instead of UUID

Hello, 

i have a form where field values are referenced with smart drop down to other forms.

I want to use calendar view. The field for the title of calendar entries shows the UUID of the smart drop down. Does someone has a good advice how I can show the labels of the UUIDs in Calendar view? 

I know that there is a configuration in the field definition of the title field but I don't have a clou what to write in there.... 

So I hope I gave enough context. Feel free to comment so that I can provide more details.
