Clicking on Images Stuck at Loading

Confluence 6.2.3 - In IE and FireFox, when clicking on an image in Confluence the image does not display, instead we just see a loading screen. Using Chrome and Opera, clicking on an image results in a popup of the image as expected.

Any ideas?

Dear Aaron,

I have encountered this error before aswell whilst using firefox. What version IE/Firefox are you using?

Hi Jeremy,

My Firefox version is 54.0.1, IE is 11.0.9600.18738CO. However others (assuming all) at my company are having the same issue. We recently upgraded Confluence to version 6.2.3 from 3.4.9.

Regarding the linked artice, I'm not using Adblock Plus but appreciate the link.
