Check Satellite image quality

Hello all,
I would like to check if there is a way to check the quality of the Satellite image, because when I tried to download "Rapid Scan High Rate SEVIRI Level 1.5 Image Data - MSG", some of the images was bad quality like "MSG4-SEVI-MSG15-0100-NA-20230712015916.373000000Z-NA" which ca be download by command:

eumdac download --collection EO:EUM:DAT:MSG:MSG15-RSS --product MSG4-SEVI-MSG15-0100-NA-20230712015916.373000000Z-NA

 

How can we identify those images?
